This thesis examines the "nature of meaning" that the hermeneutic of text is based on it. However, author's view in this article brings up to recovering view of three extensive interpretational-exegetical approaches among Muslims: inferential rationalism, external textualism and esoteric internalism. Thereby this important purpose pursued by reviewing each of these three approaches and discovering their views in the nature of meaning of Qura'n and the center of searching it. The Author's conception of these three interpretational approaches in the question of meaning can be summarized in these statements: Text-oriented, addressee-oriented and comprehensive (speaker, addressee, text).
