The money is one of the most important subjects that jurisprudent without recognition of its nature, cannot issue right order about it. For, the nature of money during fourteen centuries has been changed and its nature today is different from the past times, consequently the laws of money also have been changed. Therefore, in this paper in order to recognize the nature of money and the genus of its worth, first the reasons and motivations of the money have been discussed.
