Abstract:
Dissimilation suggests avoiding danger and protection one’s life and property in terminological viewpoint. That has brought about different and various concepts in the fields of religious beliefs and politics and has cused wide- spread arguments. After studying the references, in the beginning we explain the definitions of terms and expression related to this term. We then present a few historical stories such as the captivity of Moslems like yasir, his son Ammar, and sumayya by the Qurays and indicate the descent case of some verses and different of juridical rules on dissimulation and its permissibility and legitimacy. We also talk about indispensable or recommended cases from the view of Shiite and Sunnite jurisprudents. We study its political and social requirements and the events that obliged the Imam to use dissimulation and the issuance of some narrations the doesn’t match because of dissimulation.
