The study of rules of war in Islam reveals the fact that 14 centuries ago, when the human rights, at peace as well as at war, were fully ignored, the Islamic teachings have emphasized on what is approved as the human rights in the modern international legislative system.
Regarding the expansion of these rules, the present article is limited to some rules
and moralities of war in Islam, comparing them with the modern human rights
