Zamm-i Zamimah (attach an attachment)is a term used by (he Jurists in
three jurisprudential subject-matters, that is sale of unknown property, usury
sale, and hire of unaccessible benefit. Some of the jurists have approved and
others have disapproved it. The present article is a survey on this concept in
Islamic law.
