the difference in the Quranic recitation was among those issues which, while drawing the attention of scientists of Quranic. recitation and exegesis to itself,
caused some difference in ideas.
Having influenced The Quranic Scientists and reciters for centuries as an undeniable fact, The difference in the Quranic recitation created some works
and schools which arc still, influential. That phenomenon, however, has not
been of one nature in all epochs; rather, some Specific causes have justified difference in the Quranic recitation in any cer1lain epoch. How far different
recitations have been connected to the Quranic reality and what criterion has preferred one recitation to the other is another point which seem to be of
specific motion and identity in parallel with historical disputes of reciters, grammarians, theologians, jurists, exegesists, etc, which would be discussed in
this essay after difference in Quuranic recitations in different epochs has been studied.

Based on various sources of evidence, the present article first approves the relationship between the Quranic verses in each chapter. It, then, raises a new
viewpoint which gives a unified picture of the Quranic chapter "Resurrection" (Qiyamat), after mentioning the most important possibilities concerning the
way of relationship between the verses 16-19 with the verses before and after it in this chapter. This is in contrast to the popular viewpoint of the
interpreters who consider them irrelevant.

Accepting the holy Quran and tradition as the rules of life, one should find the answers to the unanswered or briefly and obscurely answered issues. we all
believe that Ijtehad, which has been practiced for more than a thousand years in Islamic jurisprudence is the final solution.
The question is whether the solutions raised by the past jurists concerning economy, policy, and jurisdiction are totally practice able; if not, what is the
way out? Is our revelation - oriented Jurisprudence capable of becoming
updated? if so, how is it that we are confronted with so many unanswered questions? If it is accepted that the jurisprudential sources are capable of
answering the new and increasing problems of the society, the fault should be searched for in the way of deduction(Ijtehad). Is it Possible to claim that the
present organized institution of Ijtehad is in need of reformation in method? If so, how?

Obligations of an individual, whether willingly or imposed unwillingly, should one day come to an end clearing one from one's obligation, It would be
impossible if the debtor should be treated as being indebted to the creditor for ever ,For this would contradict one's freedom as well as legal justice,
Fulfillment of an obligation is the main cause of termination and extinction of an obligation whose judgements and issues are discussed comprehensively in
juristic texts as well as legal books. The discussion of the definition and nature of this important juristic, legal title, however, is neglected by writers
and researchers. This essay is an attempt to fill this vacancy through a critical study of various ideas concerning that issue found here and there.

Marriage age has been an object of transformation in Iranian Laws. Before being amended, article 1401 of civil code treated such age as 15 for girls and
as 18 for boys while decreasing it to 13 and 15 respectively when peudent. Family Protection Act approved in 1353 S.A.H. prohibited marriage for girls
before the age of 18 and for boys before the age of 20. Amendments in 1361 S.A.H. changed the case again. Considered contradictory to the jurisprudence,
article 1401 of civil code was amended prohibiting marriage before maturity while treating marriage before maturity as correct with the permission of the
minor's guardians. The present situation of civil code is of criticism from legal, socialogical viewpoints while is full contradicton to national laws of
advanced countries and international criteria. Thus, its critical evalution with
a suggestion for its amendnent is necessary.

In spite of numerous historical, literary and biographical sources about
Barmakids as the most famous house of vizirat, throughtout the Abbasid
period, there are still many unanswerd questions. To know the primary and
the most influential historians (Narrators) of this house, the very many of
existing anecdotal histories combined with a methodological inquiry and a
comparative study between these reports and works, may shed light on some
of those questions. In the present essay, the most: important narrators of those
stories as well as the monographs about Barmakids from 4th century A.H.
onward, are introduced.

Norouz flower written by Ahmad kassani (d.949 A.H.)is a mystical treatise
Concerning the hadith which says ,"Do not let the cold of spring escape..." containing a good number of the Quranic verses, hadiths, and poetry in a
didactic style.
Using such a style in a symbolic language with such metaphorical expressions as seed of passion, ground of heart, flowers of observations, fruits of intuitions,
wine of passion, cup of speech, and taverns of unity has increased its elegance, albeit despite its simple prose writing, the phrasing of plenty of long
parenthetical sentences has complicated its prose sometimes.
Kassani seems to be bold in choosing subjects while expounding concepts and
using same sentences and phrases frequently in his treatises. Presenting a mystical- symbolic commentory of the mentioned hadith while explaining
meaning of wind of spring and cold of fall, kassani teaches subtle states of sufi path while givin mystical advice and defining such mystical expressions as
pain ,love, and annihilation. Position of intoxication, Passion ,and amorous ecstacy in kassani" s sufi Path, his special method in training, and his pantheistic
inclination is quite evident from the lines of this treatise.
Norouz flower also contains some remarkable social points. Kasani, in this
article, has explicitly described ubaid - allah - khan's belief in Naqshban diyah way ,as well as, the significant position and role of the kings in ensuring
survival and continuity and propagation of the mystic path.
